Thank goodness for Mike Bruneau! After months of dealing with computer "geeks" and big chain stores, Mike was able to come in to our home and fix both our computers in an hour and a half. He was courteous and professional, and followed up to be sure we were satisfied with his service. We have and will continue to recommend him to friends.
Mike was professional from the first conversation we had. He diagnosed my computer issues and offered a host of lower cost alternatives which was most appreciated, including some that would have netted him less in fees. This demonstrated to me he cares about the customer and building lasting business relationships. Mike also went the extra mile by disconnecting my computer at my home and when done bringing it back to my home and re-installing it.

I wanted to set up a desk area in my living room, but wasn't sure how to go about doing this. Mike came out and set up wireless network for me. Now I can use my downstairs office or use my laptop upstairs. I can even print to my office printer regardless of where I am!! It gives me a lot more flexability. Mike was prompt, friendly and courteous. And best of all, the cost was less then I expected!!

I had to move my whole computer, printer, and ioemega backup system in order to install new carpeting. I had NO IDEA how to do it and then set it up again. The Computer Guy was wonderful. He came to my house to unplug it all and then came back to put it together and whle he ws doing it he gave me some important computer tips. He did a great job. I reccomend them for all your computer repairs.
Mike has been invaluable to me in problem solving, teaching, setting up new computer systems,and assisting me in purchasing a computer tailored to my needs. Often he has been able to help me over the telephone or remotely when I was unable to get email or get on the internet. Mike has been my computer support guy for some years now. At a very minimal annual fee I e-mail him with problems and get timely responses until the problem is solved, at no additional cost.
